Josh has been amazing to work with. He is very professional. His final report of the inspection is very detailed. The pictures are great references to show a contractor what types of issues one might have with a new or older home. Josh does a great job respecting other people's property as well as their time. I hired Josh not only for an initial inspection, but a follow up inspection a year later. I will only hire Josh in the future with any home purchases I make.
